​Virtual tours at Melody Living Lake in the Hills

Melody Living Lake in the Hills, assisted living and memory support, has been offering virtual tours of our community in addition to privately scheduled tours to better assist future residents and their families during the pandemic.

​As always, safety is our top priority and we’re always happy to implement new solutions that will better assist us with keeping the safety and wellness of all our visitors and residents top of mind.

We’re proud to be able to offer future residents and their families the chance to preview our community using our digital 3D tour option, found directly on our website. This feature can be quickly and easily explored using a mobile phone or computer from the comfort of wherever they are.

This new tour option allows for you to zoom through our community, explore floor plans, preview community life rooms and even expand the visual from a high-level view so that you can see our entire assisted living and memory care community from an aerial view above to get the full layout experience. While we know it’s not exactly the same as seeing the community in person, it certainly is a quick and easy way to take a sneak peek before scheduling your personal private tour with us.

We encourage family members to also check out the 3D virtual tour link so that they too can join you on the virtual experience even if they’re in another state! It’s a fun and safe way to tour the community “together” remotely.

We also offer the opportunity for scheduled video tours to add that extra layer of connectivity so that you can answer questions and explore the community with us in real-time. While we offer both of these digitally, rest assured that our pre-scheduled and private in-person tours are also still available and we’d be more than happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding our safety practices during COVID-19 to provide added peace of mind before your tour.

​All of our community members and staff undergo regular wellness checks, and visitors are required to complete a thorough wellness check before they are allowed to enter our building. We are also monitoring and adhering to all state mandates and guidelines set forth by the CDC in response to COVID-19, and our policies and procedures are subject to change accordingly.
