To ensure the wellness of our residents 24/7 we offer state-of-the-art technological features such as our private family visitation room, that has allowed for safe visits together throughout the past year and electronic key locks that log all visits to a community member's home. This allows our team insight to see if a resident hasn’t left their apartment or hasn’t returned, giving us the opportunity to check-in with them to make sure everything is okay. While our team already performs these check-ins throughout the day, this added level of safety and security ensures we always have a grasp on each resident’s well-being.

We also provide mobile care monitoring services using stringent HIPAA privacy standards and software that help us seamlessly work with each resident, their physicians and family to stay on top of health care without having to ever leave the community.

Safety Monitoring
Each community member is provided an emergency call pendant so we can monitor their safety using electronic health records to flag emerging issues. We also have developed an onsite Family Visitation Room complete with a glass partition wall, comfortable seating, entertainment and a clear speaker system for visiting loved ones.
