Introducing the Melody Bridge Program at Melody Living Lake in the Hills

At Melody Living Lake in the Hills assisted living and memory care Community, we are excited to introduce our newest program, Melody Bridge.

Sometimes, a helping hand is necessary for leading life at your own rhythm, and Melody Bridge is designed precisely for this purpose. This innovative program is intended to meet the needs of a resident population with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) who may not yet require the level of care provided in a dedicated memory care unit.

​The Melody Bridge neighborhood was born out of the recognition of a need to serve residents who could benefit from a more structured environment. Residents in this neighborhood will require some level of care support services and assistance to navigate their day.

Led by a dedicated Unit Manager who is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), our team ensures that residents receive personalized care tailored to their unique needs. The CDP certification equips our staff to identify changes in residents' conditions and escalate their care needs accordingly, providing peace of mind for family members.

At Melody Bridge, residents can expect structured days guided by caring staff and a dedicated Life Enrichment Assistant who directs engagement programs tailored to individuals with MCI. These programs are available seven days a week, offering opportunities for residents to stay engaged and stimulated.

Our Melody Bridge neighborhood offers luxurious studio, one-bedroom, and Companion Suite apartments with spacious, open floor plans and upgraded finishes, including granite countertops and kitchenettes.

​Each apartment features electronic key locks for convenient access and added security. With amenities such as proactive health monitoring and tailored concierge care coordinated with primary care physicians, residents can enjoy peace of mind knowing that their well-being is prioritized.

Monthly fees at Melody Bridge include all utilities, wireless internet, basic cable, and three chef-planned meals daily, along with scheduled transportation and life enrichment programs. Residents also have access to community features such as unique dining venues, beautifully landscaped garden areas, a fitness center, a salon/barber shop, and more.
